These Terms govern your use of the Doorbase website and any orders you place through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode.

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless you have an approved credit account. We accept credit / debit card, UPI, net banking (via Razorpay), NEFT / RTGS bank transfer, and 30-day credit (subject to approval).

3. Delivery

Standard sizes ship within 3 working days of payment. Bespoke orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Title and risk pass to you when the goods are handed to the carrier.

4. Returns

Standard-size doors can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition. Bespoke orders are non-returnable. Defective goods are replaced under our 2-year warranty.

5. Warranty

Doorbase warrants the door leaf, frame, and finish for 2 years from delivery, against defects in materials and workmanship. Hardware carries the original manufacturer warranty of 1 year. Intumescent seals are consumables and are not covered.

6. Liability

Doorbase's total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
