Our standard steel fire doors carry 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute integrity ratings to BS 476 Part 22 / IS 3614 Part 2. The 30-minute timber range and 180-minute panic hardware are also available. The rating you need depends on the local building code, the type of compartment, and the fire-load of the room — our team can help you decide.
Yes. Our steel and timber fire doors are tested to BS 476 Part 22 and IS 3614 Part 2 and carry the ISI mark. Glazed fire doors additionally carry EN 1634 certification. We can ship test certificates with every order on request.
Both. We work with a network of certified installers across India. For projects outside our network, we ship the doors with full installation manuals and are available by phone / video to walk your team through any unusual frame conditions.
Standard sizes (900×2100, 1000×2100) of the most popular ratings are kept in stock and ship within 3 working days of payment. Bespoke sizes, RAL colours, and vision panels add 2–3 weeks.
Yes. Any RAL colour is available as a powder-coat finish on a 2–3 week lead time. Minimum order quantities apply for non-standard colours. We carry RAL 7035 light grey, RAL 9010 white, and RAL 9005 black as standard.
Online orders can be paid via Razorpay (credit / debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets). For B2B orders above ₹50,000 we also accept NEFT / RTGS bank transfer and 30-day credit terms (subject to approval).
Yes — all SteelFire and TimberLux doors carry a 2-year warranty on the leaf, frame, and finish. Hardware (hinges, panic bars) carries the original manufacturer warranty of 1 year. Intumescent seals are consumable items and are not covered.
The required fire rating depends on your local building code, the type of occupancy, and the compartment you are sealing. As a rule of thumb: 30 minutes for residential corridors, 60 minutes for commercial corridors, 120 minutes for high-risk enclosures (transformer, server rooms, lift machine rooms). Send us your building plan and we will spec the right door for every opening.
