Shipping & Returns

Lead times

  • Standard sizes in stock: 3 working days from payment
  • Bespoke sizes / RAL colours: 2–3 weeks
  • Smoke curtains: 3–4 weeks

Delivery areas

We ship across India. Remote / NE / J&K locations may take an additional 2–3 days and may attract a small remote-area surcharge, which will be communicated before dispatch.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect your order on delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged, please open it in front of the courier and photograph any transit damage. Report transit damage within 48 hours.

Returns

Standard-size doors can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition and in original packaging. Return shipping is on us. Bespoke orders are non-returnable.

Warranty claims

If a door fails under warranty, send photographs and the order number to warranty@firedoor.example. We will arrange a free replacement or on-site repair, at our option.
